4 things to do before giving your laptop for repair
Before any laptop repair, back up your files, write down the exact problem, remove pen drives and SIM or memory cards, and keep the charger with the laptop.
- Back up photos and documents to a pen drive or Google Drive, if the laptop still turns on.
- Write down the problem: what happens, when it started, any error message.
- Take out pen drives, memory cards and anything plugged in.
- Give the charger with the laptop. Many problems are the charger, not the laptop.
